Jocelyne Elias
Jocelyne is a certified Neurocognitive and Self-Actualization Coach who specializes in human potential development, leadership effectiveness, and workplace wellbeing.
#fhtogglels/Read Full Bio/Close/ib
Her coaching style integrates applied neuroscience, depth psychology, and the science of self-actualization to unlock capacities often trapped under limiting beliefs, distorted self-perceptions, and subconscious patterns.
With over 15 years of international corporate experience in Marketing and Communications, Jocelyne led numerous wellness initiatives before realizing that true wellbeing and reaching one’s potential goes far beyond career trajectories, job titles, fitness routines, or common wellness practices. This insight propelled her to uncover the deeper roots of wellbeing, success, and human potential; a body of work she now brings to leaders, teams, and organizations seeking growth and fulfilment.
Drawing on more than eight years of coaching practice, Jocelyne designs evidence-based interventions informed by research in neuroscience, psychology, and human development. She works with executives and professionals to address the inner conflicts, blind-spots, and self-sabotaging patterns that quietly limit their impact, helping them unlock their creativity, mental and emotional agility needed to thrive both as individuals and as leaders. Her approach supports the whole person while delivering measurable outcomes for their teams and organizations.
At the heart of Jocelyne’s mission is a return to the original vision of Maslow and Halbert Dunn: that to live well is inseparable from realizing one’s full potential. She believes that fully expressed individuals create human-centred organizations, stronger communities, and healthier economies, and that the path to performance is inseparable from the pursuit of wholeness.

Certified as a Peak Performance Coach with Distinction with the Flow Genome Project, a Self-Actualization Coach with the Center for Human Potential, and with Certifications from ICF and NLPTA, he helps clients not just understand more about who they are, but actively become who they're meant to be. Jason Hodges
Jason’s work blends Co-Active Coaching, Scott Barry Kaufman’s Self-Actualization framework, training from the Center for Human Potential, and both conversational and hypnotic methods.
#fhtogglels/Read Full Bio/Close/ib
Together, these approaches help clients who aren’t necessarily “broken” or “burned out," but are just over-invested in one narrow part of their lives and under-expressed everywhere else.
Many people think they hate their job, and they might actually, but often the real issue is that their sense of purpose has collapsed into a single bucket. They feel over-employed in one dimension and under-fulfilled in all the others—creativity, relationships, adventure, physical expression, emotional depth, or contribution. Jason’s coaching widens the field again.
He guides clients into a more satisfying, grounded life by helping them redistribute where their energy and identity go. Instead of trying to escape their life, they learn to build one with more dimensions: a life where work is part of the story, not the whole plot.
His blend of methods helps people move past surface-level insight and into lived experience—quieting old conditioning, strengthening intuition, and reconnecting with the deeper tendencies they’ve ignored or postponed. Jason’s approach isn’t about hype or reinvention for its own sake. It’s about uncovering what’s already true in them and developing the strength to follow it.
As a young professional, Jason also bought into the belief that identity, worth, and even “soul-level fulfillment” were tied to professional success. Over time, he discovered that a satisfying life often spreads itself across several different domains. For him, that looks like a mix of physical pursuits (collegiate golf, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and dancing bachata and zouk), creative pursuits (public speaking, making video content and improv), and intellectual pursuits (studying behavioral science and learning Spanish). And then there’s the grounding presence of his dog, Daisy, and their daily walks along the Chattahoochee River.
None of this is presented as a hero’s journey. It’s simply the lived experience he brings into this work, and, from that, the belief that life becomes richer, calmer, and more meaningful when you stop forcing one area to carry the weight of all your fulfillment.

Laura Koehne
With 20 years of coaching and training leaders, Laura helps clients grow their leadership through the lens of self-actualization.
#fhtogglels/Read Full Bio/Close/ib
Think of the best leaders you’ve had: What made them so? Chances are you remember how they showed up in interactions with you or your team. The energy and attention they brought to situations. The mutual trust. The respect they showed, even when delivering hard messages and feedback. They pushed you hard, held you accountable, and inspired you to do more than you thought you could.
In short, it had a lot to do with who that person was being, while they were doing the day-to-day work of leading. That’s where we start in Laura’s leadership coaching. Leading self – so you'll be more effective leading the people and the work of your team.
Beyond professional certifications in co-active, self-actualization and team coaching, Laura has managed teams herself for 30 years, holds an MBA, and brings a unique professional background that includes product management and marketing in technology companies. She’s established leadership development programs in 3 companies, and is an award-winning Learning and Development leader. John Lyle
John Lyle helps people drive towards their absolute best performance in business using the brilliant self-actualization framework he learned with Scott's excellent team.
#fhtogglels/Read Full Bio/Close/ib
He loves helping executives, especially sales leaders, improve rewards and results by taking the risk of becoming more of who they truly are in their work.
His background is in talent, recruiting, and consulting, building and leading teams and working closely with business executives in investor-backed companies. Over the years he kept seeing the same pattern: high-capacity people quietly running below their potential because of misaligned roles, unexamined beliefs, or environments that didn’t really fit their wiring.
That led him to dive deep into the science of self-actualization and to study the work of Scott Barry Kaufman, whose research on human potential and whole-person growth has strongly influenced how he coaches.
Now, as a self-actualization coach, he works with clients to:
Clarify who they are at their best (beyond job titles and resumes)
Surface the hidden fears and stories that often keep even the best people stuck
Design careers and roles that are aligned with their values, strengths, and motivation
Integrate work with wellbeing, relationships, and creative expression—so life feels coherent, not compartmentalized
If you’re feeling “successful on paper” but underexpressed in reality—or you know you’re capable of more but can’t quite access it yet—John can help you take a whole-self, science-informed approach to driving a new phase of growth in your career and in life.
